AB safety device

As an installer, you are probably familiar with a BA, a CA, an EA valve, but do you know what an AB safety device is? A free outlet "AB" is a vertical and permanent break between the lowest point of the feed orifice and the critical level. The overflow must be rectangular and able to discharge incoming water at positive pressure by means of the mechanical float under fault conditions. In other words, the system ensures that water remains in the tank continuously, so that your piping system always has water available.
